Nets Blackout FBI Whistleblower Warning Bureau Is Tracking Parents
The liberal media have super hearing when it comes to picking up the “racist dog whistles” they suggest spurs opposition to Critical Race Theory in schools. But when it comes to certain whistleblowers in the federal government, they suddenly need hearing aids. That was exactly the case on Tuesday when the broadcast networks didn’t want anything to do with an FBI whistleblower warning Congress that the bureau is indeed tracking parents who are upset with their local school boards.
Instead of reporting on this disturbing turn toward an Orwellian society, ABC’s World News Tonight gushed about one of their reporters going down to Antarctica to see the emperor penguins and go for a swim. CBS Evening News noted a settlement in the class-action lawsuit against TikTok for collecting users’ personal information. And NBC Nightly News touted General Motors’ new electric car factory.
Meanwhile, the story was breaking news on Fox News Channel’s Special Report. “Also breaking tonight, we’re getting new information about federal authorities tracking parents upset over their children’s education,” announced anchor, Bret Baier. “Information from a whistleblower that GOP lawmakers say seems to directly contradict what the attorney general told them.”
A whistleblower apparently reached out to the House Judiciary Committee to say Attorney General Merrick Garland allegedly lied to them about the actions they were ordered to take against protesting parents.
“Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee say an email by an FBI whistleblower demonstrates that the FBI crafted a system to track threats against school board officials and administrators. Republicans say Attorney General Merrick Garland didn’t tell the truth when asked about this at a recent house hearing,” reported congressional correspondent Chad Pergram.
Fox News also spoke with Republican Congressman Jim Jordan of Ohio, who explained what the whistleblower told them:
JORDAN: They were actually cataloging and categorizing parents who may pose a threat. So, this is a federal categorizing of moms and dads showing up at school board meetings is frightening. And, of course, Merrick Garland testified the day after that memo went out no, nothing of the sort is going on.
PERGRAM: The top Republican on the Judiciary Committee, Jim Jordan of Ohio wrote to Garland about the whistleblower. He says that the email provides evidence that the feds, again, used counter-terrorism tools against parents.
This all stemmed from a disgusting letter the National School Boards Associate admittedly wrote with coordination from the White House, the Department of Justice, and Homeland Security among others, which described parents protesting at school board meetings as “domestic terrorism.”
Further in the newscast, Baier and chief Washington correspondent Mike Emanuel drew attention to a parental rights rally that took place outside the Capitol on Tuesday called Government Is Not a Co-Parent. “Concerned parents from Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland rallying today on Capitol Hill. Their message: Government should not be parenting their children,” Emanuel reported.
“No, we don’t want the indoctrination. No, we don’t want Marxist and Communist ideology to hijack our schools,” Chinese immigrant and Mao survivor Xi Van Fleet told the crowd.
Emanuel also pointed out the “growing concerns about the influence of the National School Boards Association on the Biden White House.” And there was a laundry list of concerning interactions:
Last month, the NSBA said it had been actively engaged with the White House, Justice Department, Homeland Security, and more on the letter that compared parents to domestic terrorists. Less than a week later the DOJ issued a memo directed the FBI to investigate threats against school officials and teachers.
Last December, the National School Boards Association urged President-elect Biden to pick the incoming first lady, his wife to lead a special task force on public cool transformation and equity.
And that’s not to mention how President Biden’s Department of Education appointed NSBA President Viola Garcia to head a federal board that monitors student progress.
This refusal to cover the FBI possibly tracking parents was made possible because of lucrative sponsorships from WeatherTech on ABC, Procter & Gamble on CBS, and Liberty Mutual on NBC. Their contact information is linked so you can tell them about the biased news they fund.
